Verified
  1. Add the domain to Cloudflare on the free plan.
  2. In Railway, add it as a custom domain and copy the CNAME target.
  3. Create that CNAME in Cloudflare DNS with the orange cloud switched on.
We check that the domain resolves to Cloudflare and reaches this panel before unlocking.
